Ten Finns Creamery is Minnesota's first A2 only herd and creamery. A2 is a type of protein found in cows' milk. Regular milk has both A1 and A2 proteins. Joel Hendrickson of Ten Finns Creamery's herd of milking cows only have A2 protein.
