Last week, Todd County opened the doors on the main level of the Long Prairie Courthouse for the public to access county offices.
In an effort to limit contact between individuals, the Todd County Planning and Zoning Office is encouraging residents to still use the online appointment system to create an appointment or call its office to schedule an appointment. The department’s online services for permits and payments are also available.
The office continues to accept applications via mail, email, or by placing the information in the drop box. Applications are available online or on top of the drop box if you wish to avoid coming into the office.
“It is our intention to provide services at the highest level in whichever form fits your needs best,” the planning and zoning office said. “We wish to keep everyone safe and healthy as best we can.”
As Todd County residents start to plan their construction projects, they’re encouraged to contact the planning and zoning office early in the process to discuss the permitting process.
