Following a successful trip at the MN State Lutheran Basketball Tournament, the Zion Lutheran School Cougars 7th-8th grade team has been invited to the 75th National Lutheran Basketball Tournament in Fort Wayne, Indiana, from March 23-26, 2023.
This is the first time in the school's history that they've made the tournament. 32 boys teams and 32 girls teams will compete in the tournament.
At the state tournament in late February, the Cougars finished as one of the best teams in the state. The Cougars earned a fourth-place finish out of the 16 teams that were at the tournament.
