The Minnewaska baseball team suffered a third straight loss on Monday with all of those coming against Section 3AA foes as Redwood Valley (14-5) beat the Lakers (12-7) 12-1.
Carson Woodford led the charge for the Cardinals with a home run as part of two hits, two runs scored and five RBIs. Brandon Lang also homered for Redwood as part of a three-RBI game.
Isaac Louwagie threw all five innings for the win. Louwagie allowed one run on six hits and two walks, while he struck out four.
PJ Johnson doubled and drove in the Lakers’ lone run in the fourth inning. Jack Larson had two hits as well for Minnewaska.
