ALEXANDRIA - After going undefeated in pool play, the Alexandria Integrity Title Junior Legion team earned a mercy rule victory over the Totino-Grace Eagles on Sunday to win its home junior league tournament title.

Two of the team’s wins in pool play were come-from-behind victories, while one was a walk-off victory.

The team has a busy week ahead with a doubleheader at Perham, followed by a weekend “senior” Legion tournament.

“The rest of the season will continue to be full of good competition that will put us to the test,” coach Lee Backhaus said.
