The Alexandria adapted bowling team took home several first and second-place finishes at the Alexandria Invitational recently.


Sophomore Alex Eggert bowled an impressive 448 for first place in the PI male singles category.


The ASD team of sophomore Mercedes Nelson, senior Brendan Fuoss, freshman Evan Larson and sophomore Marcus Decker took first place with a 1,739.


The CI team of junior Crystal Krohnfeldt, junior Daityn Thompson, junior Dalin Reiter and senior Robb Erlandson took second place with a 1,691 behind Anoka Hennepin with a 1,711.


Nelson took second in the ASD female singles event with a 434 score and Larson took home a second place finish with a 443 in the ASD male singles.


Senior Lily Hjelle joined the 400-club with a 410 in the PI female singles event, which was good for fourth-place. The PI team of senior Ross Minnerath, Hjelle, sophomore Alex Eggert and junior Matt Senstad bowled a team score of 1,612 for fourth place.


Reiter joined the 400-club with a 429 for sixth place in the CI male singles. Krohnfeldt bowled a 425 for fourth place in the CI females singles.
