The Osakis boys golf team was at the Pre-Section 6AA meet on Thursday at Blackberry Ridge Golf Club near Sartell where the Silverstreaks finished fifth out of 14 team scores with a 375.
Staples-Motley won the meet with a 347, with St. Cloud Cathedral second at 353 and Rocori third at 356.
Logan Herold was the individual medalist with a 73. That was one shot lower than Tyler Seeling of Pequot Lakes.
Freshman Chase Triebenbach led Osakis. Triebenbach shot a 44 on the front and a 48 on the back nine for a 92 that put him in 16th place.
Junior Aaron Nack was the Silverstreaks’ next scorer with a 93 (46, 47). Junior Logan Lipke carded a 94 (49, 45), and freshman Drew Imdieke shot a 96 (54, 42) to round out the scoring for the team. Sophomore Elijah Hagen finished off the Osakis lineup with a 107 (52, 55).
