The Osakis Sportsmen’s Club, with the help of local sponsors Juettner Ford and the Osakis Country Club, is hosting a Gould Brothers (GBX) exhibition shooting show that is set for Sept. 11 at noon at the Osakis Athletic Complex.

The event is in conjunction with the Taste of Osakis put on through the Osakis Chamber of Commerce. There will be food, music, and many other activities going on in town that weekend.

Tickets for the shooting exhibition show are available at Guns Galore within the Osakis General Store, True Value in Osakis, at Head of the Lakes Resort, or by visiting eventbrite.com . Those who attend are encouraged to bring their own seating.

Local brothers Aaron and Steve Gould perform trick-shooting exhibition shows all over the country. The brothers are in their 12th season of performing live shows.

All proceeds from the Sept. 11 show will go to the Osakis Sportsmen’s Club. That money gets put back into the community through efforts such as scholarships for Osakis students, along with supporting the Osakis trap shooting and archery teams, walleye stocking in Lake Osakis, trout stocking at Spruce Creek in Douglas County and the Youth Outdoor Activity Day that hosts kids for a full day of outdoor activities at the Alexandria Shooting Park the last Sunday in August.
