The Northstar Christian Academy Knights now have two players who have officially signed a tender with a North American Hockey League team so far this season as forward Landon Dauner has signed a tender with the Austin Bruins, according to a couple of Northstar social media posts.
Dauner is a forward who is a Fargo, North Dakota, native. He joined the Northstar program last season and scored 47 points (24 goals and 23 assists) on the Knights 16U team.
Alexandria native, Brayden Berg, is the other Northstar Knight who has signed a tender with an NAHL team, as he signed with the NAHL’s Oklahoma Warriors on Monday, Nov. 7.
Playing for the Knights 18U team this season, Dauner has been one of the team’s most consistent scorers as he’s third on the team in goals with 10. His offensive output has helped the Knights 18U team get off to a 20-2 start this season and the team is currently averaging 5.45 goals per game.
In additon to the 10 goals, Dauner also has six assists so far this season.

The Northstar 16U and 18U teams are on the road on Friday and Saturday in Mt. Prospect, Illinois, to play games against the Chicago Reapers.
