Deitz, Snider in All-Star football game

Alexandria's Ted Deitz and Minnewaska's Nathan Snider are two of the 89 players who will compete in the 40th annual Minnesota High School All-Star football game on June 29.

Alexandria's Ted Deitz and Minnewaska's Nathan Snider are two of the 89 players who will compete in the 40th annual Minnesota High School All-Star football game on June 29.

The all-star game, which is put on by the Minnesota Football Coaches Association, will be played at Husky Stadium at St. Cloud State University with the kick-off set for 1 p.m.

Both Deitz (OL) and Snider (LB) will play on the North roster, which is comprised of players from schools that play at the 1A to 6A level. The game is designed to showcase some of the top seniors from the 2012 high school football season from across the state. Players and coaches representing 79 schools and 34 conferences will participate in this year's game.
