The Alexandria girls swimming and diving team made things look easy on Thursday night as the Cardinals breezed past St. Cloud Apollo in a 137-45 final.
Alexandria won 10 of the 12 events and racked up plenty of top-five finishes in between. All three relay teams won as Anna Dokter, Brooke Overland, Aleah Dokter and Summer Overland opened things up with a 200-medley relay win in 2:12.27. Anna Dokter, Izzy Rodriguez, Caris Pass and Alaina Guenther took the 200-freestyle relay in 2:01.22, and Regan Tatge, Rayna Holm, Grace Urke and Zoe Solum won the 400 freestyle in 4:27.78.
Solum added to her night by winning the 200 freestyle in 2:22.11, while Summer Overland took the 200 IM (2:32.10) and the 100 butterfly (1:12.27). Erica Johnson (176.30 points) and Lauren Hornstein (170.25) paced the divers with a 1-2 finish.
Guenther won the 100 freestyle in 59.46 seconds, and Aleah Dokter finished first in the 100 backstroke (1:14.58). Hattie Galloway rounded out the list of individual winners for the Cardinals by taking the 100 breaststroke in 1:15.54.
