A dominant Battle Lake team hit the century mark on Tuesday night as the Battlers beat Ashby 100-39 as the Arrows fell to 0-3 this season.

Petric VanErp led all scorers with 27 points for Battle Lake. Tony Ukkelberg had 20 and Nick Trosdahl finished with 18 points. Miles Wing led Ashby on offense with 23 points and Zach Barry chipped in with 11.
“Being a very young and inexperienced team, we have a lot of obvious things to work on,” Ashby head coach Jeremy Knick said. “But I was proud of how hard the guys played until the end. Battle Lake has a lot of talent and a lot of experience. They played a very good game.”
