Brandon-Evansville rebounded from a 62-57 loss to Hancock (5-4) on Monday night by breezing past Bertha-Hewitt (1-10) in a 59-24 game on Tuesday.

“We played hard and did some little things better tonight,” B-E head coach Trent Hintermeister said. “We need to continue to work on taking care of the ball and improving our consistency of competing for 36 minutes. I'm excited to finally get to practice (Wednesday) and Thursday before playing a big conference game on Friday night in Brandon.”
No player for Bertha-Hewitt had more than five points, while the Chargers put four in double figures. Marshall Riedel had a game-high 15. Keagan Schiele added 12, and Tyler Bitzan and Tanner Bitzan added 11 each.
