The Brandon-Evansville baseball team made easy work of Lake Park-Audubon on Tuesday by winning a 12-0 game that moved the Chargers to 13-6 overall.
“Everybody did an excellent job of throwing strikes today and the defense did a nice job of handling fly balls in very windy conditions,” B-E head coach Brian Perleberg said.
The Chargers used three different pitchers. Tony Schaffran got the win, and Tyler Bitzan and Jayden Hoidahl each got work in against the 0-13 Raiders.
Kyle Schaffran led the offense with three hits. Marshall Riedel and Dezmond White each had two hits, while Gaven Jacobson, Keagan Schiele and Tony Schaffran each had a hit, as well.
“We had some really good at-bats today and were able to put the ball in play consistently throughout the lineup,” Perleberg said.
