The Alexandria dance team voted senior Devany Johnson as its most Outstanding Cardinal Dancer for the 2019 season.

Johnson helped lead the Cardinals to a sixth place finish in high-kick and a 10-place finish in jazz at the Section 4AAA meet in February. She earned all-conference honors in both kick and jazz.

Senior Brooke Miller took home the Most Spirited Award. Like Johnson, she was all-conference in both categories. Senior Christina Down was the only other Cardinal to be named to the all-conference kick team. Seniors Jadeya Peterson and Rachel Kokett were all-conference kick honorable mentions. Kokett was also an honorable mention in jazz with junior Autumn Botz.

The Most Improved Award was handed out to senior Tiara Jorgenson.

Alexandria will have to replace 11 seniors next year as they try to improve in the section.
