Alexandria sophomore Sydney Gray and eighth grader Rachel Boyden received all-around All-Central Lakes Conference honors following this past winter's gymnastics season.

The Cardinals took sixth at the CLC Championship Meet and third at the Section 8A Tournament, and they were named section academic champions with a 3.952 team GPA.

In addition to her all-around all-conference award, Gray was also all-conference for vault and received an honorable mention for floor and uneven bars.

Boyden received an honorable mention for balance beam, as well as the Jenna Lagergren Memorial Award.

Boyden and senior Alayna Gray won CLC Athlete of the Week over the course of the season, while Alayna also took home the team Coaches' Award.

Junior Joslyn Kent won the KXRA Player of the Week in recognition of her performance one week during the season.

The team voted on MVP winners for each gymnastics event. Sydney Gray won the Vault and Floor MVP awards, while Boyden won the bars award, and senior McKena Thoennes took the Beam MVP award.

The letters on this year's team include seniors Alayna Gray and Thoennes, juniors Abby Forester and Kent, sophomores Sydney Gray and Nicole Brittin, and eighth grader Boyden.
