The Parkers Prairie girls basketball team won its fifth straight last Friday with a 67-38 win over Ashby.

Megan Dreger had 21 points and six rebounds to lead the way for the Panthers (12-7, 6-3 Prairie). Caroline Carlson added 16 points, while Kathryn Burquest had eight and Megan Benzinger chipped in seven.

Senior center Kerstyn Schroeder had 12 points to lead the Arrows (3-16, 1-7 LEC) and Courtney Koefod chipped in nine.

The Panthers also beat Menahga last Thursday behind 18 points from Dreger. Benzinger added 14 that night. Veronica Schwartz had 11 and Rylee Martinson chipped in 10.
