BRANDON – A 4-year-old passenger was taken to Alomere Health in Alexandria after a rollover on Interstate 94 on Sunday night, Jan. 16.
Jose Lopez Lugo, 31, address unknown, was driving a 1998 Toyota 4Runner east near mile marker 90 in Brandon Township at about 5:15 p.m. when he lost control of the vehicle and it rolled, according to the State Patrol.
The 4-year-old passenger, Leah Machado, address unknown, wasn’t believed to be injured in the crash but was taken to Alomere Health to be examined, according to the crash report. She was wearing a seat belt.
Lugo, and a 28-year-old passenger, Cedric Muchado, address unknown, were not injured, according to the report.
Snow and ice were on the freeway at the time of the crash.
