Knute Nelson currently offers memory care within their Grand Arbor (Alexandria), Crystal Brook Senior Living (Park Rapids, Minn.) and Autumn Cottages (Alexandria) campuses.
Through separate funding, LeadingAge MN Foundation has awarded Connected Communities for Healthy Aging pilot grants of $800,000 each to two LeadingAge Minnesota members – Knute Nelson in Alexandria, Minn., and Perham Health in Perham.
“This vaccine gives us hope for a new chapter in our fight against this invisible virus,” said Angie Urman, chief operating officer and senior vice president at Knute Nelson.
