Fraud, caller was scammed via a prepaid credit card, Oak Street W.

Harassment, spoke with person about her mother's boyfriend harassing and threatening her on social media, referred to Someplace Safe, told to call back if needed, Main Street E.

October 15

Locked restrooms and checked perimeter.

Public assist, person has questions regarding noise ordinances, answered questions, Main Street E.

Driving complaint, vehicle going about 75 MPH west of town, unable to locate, County Road 82.

Vehicle unlock, Nokomis Street W.

Public assist, employee was just let go and is refusing to leave, talked to people involved and asked person to leave, Nokomis Street W.

Suspicious activity, open door, person at residence had warrant for their arrest, placed person under arrest and cleared house along with Todd County, Main Street W.

Suicide threats, male talked to caller about suicide and stated he cut himself in the past, has been drinking for couple of days, spoke with person and he said he was OK and didn't want help.

Warning for failure to stop at stop sign, 1st Avenue E.

Warning for equipment violation and failure to use turn signal, 1st Avenue E.

Warning for speed, County Road 82.

October 16

Harassment, male received citation for disorderly earlier in month and is still harassing female neighbor, spoke with persons, just wanted it documented, K Street E.

Motorist assist, driver pulled over to help her children, Nokomis Street E.

Vehicle unlock, 3rd Avenue W.

Information, home owner piled all his leaves on the street, asked to clean them up, 4th Avenue W.

October 17

Assist other agency, failure to appear settlement conference, person arrested, 7th Avenue W.

Stopped for speed and arrested person for misdemeanor warrant in Douglas County, transported person to jail, transported person back to vehicle after person paid bail and was released, County Road 51.

Animal complaint, caller wants to talk to officer about neighbor's dog barking, home owner wanted officer to speak to neighbor, Queen Street W.

October 18

Traffic control at cross walks and contract hours, 1st Avenue E.

Stopped to talk to kindergarten and 1st and 2nd grade, 4th Avenue W.

School contract hours, 1st Avenue E.

Check welfare, high school principal spoke with officer and stated that person did not show up for school, student told mother she did not want to go to school, attempted contact with family but no answer at door, Main Street W.

Public assist, gas drive-off, made contact and person will come in later to pay, Nokomis Street W.

Assist other agency, van swerving and cutting off vehicles, I-94.

POR change of information, COR to Osakis, information update sent to BCA, Nokomis Street E.

Dog bite, female at ER, stated while petting dog with owner's permission it attacked and bit her face and back, 1st Avenue E.

October 19

Medical, transported, 2nd Avenue E.

Assist other agency, check if person still owns vehicle, person had a theft and trying to find the driver, owner stated she believes the vehicle was junked or sold about 4 years ago, will speak to son, 1st Avenue W.

Patrol at end of school, 1st Avenue E.

Warning for speed, County Road 51.

Warning for speed, 1st Avenue E.

Warning for speed, County Road 3 SE.

October 20

Medical, transported, Nokomis Street W.

Warning for speed and failure to signal within 100 feet and failure to yield at stop sign, late for work, will provide proof of insurance within 10 days, Nokomis Street E.

Suspicious activity, person hired to do plumbing acting weird, asking inappropriate questions, went into bathroom and went through medication and property, Pike Street W.

Warning for speed, permit to carry, cooperative, 8th Avenue E.
