Theft, report that van and trailer stole items from city, wire recovered from vehicle and garbage container, person admitted to theft, citation mailed.

Suicide threats, caller states he has voicemails from person saying she is going to commit suicide, person stated she is not suicidal.

Stopped for driving conduct, warning for several offenses, 2nd Avenue E.

Fight/assault, neighbor sprayed person with hose in his car prior night, dispute over property line and driveway, ongoing civil issue, spoke with both individuals, K Street E.

Vehicle unlock, Main Street W.

Information, check welfare of female who is depressed and making suicidal comments, history of overdose, located vehicle at Inspiration Point, person not found.

Suspicious activity, report of homeless person staying in gazebo along the trail, unable to locate, Main Street W.

Mentally ill person, issues due to divorce, person stopped in Osakis, depressed and made self harming comments, transported to hospital for evaluation.

Check welfare, report that 8 year old males are alone and run around all day, spoke with parent, ongoing issue, Main Street W.

Criminal damage to property, report that 2 persons removed and bent rain gutters from apartment building, spoke with parent who was aware of the damage and willing to make a plan for repairs and cost, Main Street W.

Traffic stop, warning, Nokomis Street E.

Suspicious activity, grocery cart with groceries in it along trail, appeared to be vagrant's property.

Assist Todd County, 125th Avenue, West Union.

Checked area and locked restrooms.

Suspicious Vehicle, parked with 2 people inside, resting on way back to Moorhead, Pike Street E.

August 17

Special event, permit, Central Avenue.

Suspicious person, advised person to move on due to several complaints, 8th Avenue E.

Warning for speed, equipment and tabs, gave 10 days for proof of insurance, County Road 2 SE.

August 18

Attempted fraud, caller states someone is trying to use one of his stolen checks at a bank, Oak Street W.

Parking complaint, truck and trailer parked in traffic lane, moved, Pike Street E.

Citation for speed, County Road 3 SE.

Driving complaint, SUV all over the road, warning for failure to maintain lane and suspended object, 8th Avenue W.

Citation for speed and driving after revocation, 1st Avenue E.
