Galeon of Osakis continues to always look for ways to benefit the community and look for ways to enhance living for all young and aging.
Terrace Heights on the campus of Galeon is an Independent Living Apartment building currently geared towards 50 and older offering an apartment with options for many services. As tenants have aged and moved to different parts of the campus, we have decided to look at options for other age groups.
Starting this spring Terrace Heights will be available to students enrolled at Alexandria Technical and Community College in their various programs. Students will have affordable living and have options for potential employment if they meet the qualifications for open positions. There are apartment of options of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments. Students will also have the opportunity to use our Wellness Center which includes state of the art equipment and a warm water pool and spa.
Galeon is hopeful that students enrolled in many of the medical programs will take advantage of living on a campus where they could potentially practice and work in the field of their interest.
If you are interested in making the transition to Galeon now is the time to pick your perfect apartment. Current open apartments are getting spring face lifts which could include new paint, carpet, etc.
