Caller states there are people hanging around with flashlights south of lumber yard, concerned due to theft of tools from there about a month ago, E 1st Ave/E Main.

Mentally ill person, caller alleging an order for protection violation but then admitted going to respondent's home prior week, she claims he is fraudulently using her cell phone number, has an appointment with the FBI, person had a manic breakdown while on the phone and hung up, person was seen at caller's apartment few days before after she picked him up and brought him there, W Main.

Warning for window tint, CR 82/Wildlife Ln.

Damage to skating rink, contacted by city supervisor in reference to people skating on rink before it was frozen, barricades were blown over by wind, people asked to leave and told reason, city workers placed tape around it, Central Ave/E Main.

Warning for tint, just purchased vehicle and will get it removed, W 8th Ave/W Nokomis.

Caller wants to know what she has to do to kick someone out of the house, informed that since the person had been living there the property owner would have to evict, W Main.

Found dog, impounded at police department, posted on Facebook, transported to Lakes Area Humane Society, E Lake.
