Check welfare, caller states female is screaming at people to call 911, person manic and vulgar about her missing cat, neighbor found cat in hallway and put it back in her apartment, W Main.

Person has questions about a car he bought, is now having problems getting the title, W Pike.

Person wants a tree limb removed from a line, thought it might be power line, advised dispatch to notify power company, W 2nd Ave/W Main.

Assisted with funeral traffic, E Nokomis/Hwy 27.

Person wants to talk to officer about her neighbor, W Main.

Motorist assist, engine problems, no assistance required from officer, W Nokomis.

August 2

Daughter is out of control and not supposed to be on property, left on foot toward park, arrested person for conditions of release violation and obstruction of justice, E Main.

Drunk female tenant harassing other tenants, escorted her to apartment and warned he not to leave or she'd be detoxed again, W Main.

Tenant drunk and still harassing, pushed one tenant, detoxed to St. Cloud, W Main.

August 3

Caller found a Pomeranian type dog, will hang on to it and call in the morning, N 6th Ave.

Attempt to locate motorist from ND to Swanville, 4 hours overdue, no phone on him, concern for medical issues.

August 4

Caller's construction site was broken into prior night, caller is putting together list of missing items, W Nokomis.

Uncut grass, scheduled to be cut by city contractor, E 1st Ave.

Suspicious activity, truck in driveway loading stuff up, it's his neighbor, all OK, E Nokomis.

Unwanted male in caller's house, verbal only, spoke with caller, wanted to know what happened to arrest, told no charges at the time, E Pike.

Info that person may be traveling in area who is prohibited from having firearms and may have rifles and handguns in the vehicle, W 7th Ave, Alexandria.
