Juvenile trouble, 6 year old throwing stuff at sister and mom, gave sister black eye, attempted contact by phone, no answer, W Main.

Caller reported that when his 6 year old grandson goes to the park he is harassed and called racial remarks, also pushed and has stuff thrown at him, spoke with all parties, parents and guardians will be more attentive, warned that this behavior will not be tolerated, W 8th Ave.

Caller reported that someone cut off a converter on her car, E 1st Ave.

Caller states there is an HRO between her and another person, she was told he was in the building, went over HRO with her and found there was no violation, E 2nd Ave.

Questions about driving side-by-side in town, told to go to city hall and pick up paperwork, W 2nd Ave.

Warning for exhibition driving, claimed it was mechanical, W Nokomis.

Warning for tail light out and over center line, stopped one hour before and cited for possession of marijuana, W 8th Ave/ W Nokomis.

Two males in alley behind community center, on their way home from bar on foot, Central Ave.

Assist with traffic for fire dept, Fire Hall.

July 5

ATV crash, secured the scene until Todd County deputy and ambulance arrived, CR 10.

Met with Alexandria Police Dept and gave a person a ride to Osakis, S McKay, Alexandria.

Calls about a line down on road, power line across street, Excel contacted, street coned and barricaded, E Main.

Suspicious activity, sister is in garage and believed to be very high, stated she was anxious but not high, believed officers are harassing her, speaking fast and repeated almost everything, E Main.

July 7

Medical, routine transport, N 6th Ave.

Funeral escort, athletic field.

Parking complaint, trailer parked more than 8 hours, warning issued, they will move, W Oak.

Application for permit to purchase handgun, E Nokomis.

Caller states her power is out and she wants someone to pay for it, states she found power line ripped from her house and a note from police department to contact Excel, Excel re-attached the cable but meter and tube need to be attached, informed her to contact her landlord, E Main.

Caller states she ordered something online and it was delivered to the wrong address, will speak to postmaster, E Nestor.

Caller stated that 2 persons had a fight and one said he was going to bust up her parent's house, will attempt to contact person.

July 8

Check park and lock restrooms.

Suspicious persons, 2 males said they were from Illinois and their vehicle broke down, assisted them in finding a new vehicle.

Warning for no front license plate, 27/4.

Medical call, transported, E 2nd Ave.

Stray dog was almost hit and almost caused a collision, returned dog to friend of owner, E Nokomis.

Found wallet, faxed note to owner's possible employer, wallet returned, W Nokomis.
