Starting May 26, Todd County will be begin Phase 1 of reopening.

While county buildings remain closed, certain services are available by appointment only when the service requires an in person appointment. Visit the Todd County website for specific department instructions on making appointments. This can be found at https://www.co.todd.mn.us/accessingservices.

Examples of services available by appointment during the phase 1 reopening include:

Services for which online and over the phone solutions do not exist.

Certain complex transactions.

No online access.

When in‐person appointments are necessary, customers and county employees need to continue practicing physical distancing during these interactions.

Masks are encouraged in the open counter areas. Masks are required when meeting face‐to‐face in small interview/meeting rooms. Many County services remain accessible either online, over the phone, and through email, which continue as the preferred method of service.

County essential services such as law enforcement, 911 Dispatch and jail services remain fully operational.
