Burning complaint, spoke with property owner about burning before 6 p.m. and needing a permit for larger fire, Nokomis Street W.

Nuisance violation, checked on fence going in, all OK, 4th Avenue E.

Nuisance violation, checked for continued ordinance violations, body cam recorded, Nokomis Street W.


Assist other agency with truck rollover, injured male and female, assisted with removing windshield and assessing patients, transported, County Road 3 NE.

Assist other agency, arrested person for warrant, 7th Avenue W, Alexandria.

Warning for tail light violation and no driver's license in possession, 8th Avenue W.

Drug related activity, small amount of marijuana seized and destroyed, Main Street W.

October 8

Update fire sign.

Patrol at end of school, 1st Avenue E.

Motorist assist, person requested permission to park overnight in restricted area, Central/Lake Street.


Member of football club needed access to fire hall for ice for game.

Warning for failure to obey stop sign, 8th Avenue E, Alexandria.

Check welfare, caller tried to reach person but she didn't answer, spoke with person who stated she was sleeping and had already contacted the caller, Main Street W.

Driving complaint, complaint of traffic not stopping for pedestrians, person was almost struck by a vehicle, requesting patrol, Central Avenue.

911 hang-up, no answer, Oak Street W.

Traffic control for football game, 3rd Avenue W.

Checked area and locked restrooms, Osagi Park/beach.

October 9


Funeral escort, 3rd Avenue W.

Property damage crash, no injuries, backing out of parking space, left notification for person to contact police department, Main Street E.

Assist other agency, persons put 2 bags in ditch, bags contained clothing and hygiene items, also vodka and a joint, person stated he was taking a sober cab and left the bag in a vehicle, County Road 3 SE.

Burning complaint, no fire, smoke coming from elsewhere, Nokomis Street W.

Checked park and locked restrooms, Osagi Park/beach.

October 10

Assist other agency, vehicle following closely, I-94, Evansville.

Warning for speed and equipment, 1st Avenue E.

Assist other agency, felony warrant for failure to appear, drug possession, domestic assault, drug paraphernalia, 7th Avenue W, Alexandria.

Checked area and locked restrooms.

October 11

Check welfare, family and friends have not talked to person for 3 days, 1st Avenue W.

Funeral escort, 3rd Avenue W.

Nuisance violation, grass not cut on foreclosed property, called lawn service to cut it, 1st Avenue E.

Warning for multiple suspended objects, 1st Avenue E.

Citation for no MN driver's license, stopped for suspended objects, Calvary Road SE.

Property damage crash, female hit side of building with vehicle, gave all her info to caller, Nokomis Street W.

October 12

Animal complaint, pit bull running in the area, Queen Street W.

Funeral escort, Nokomis Street W.

Motorist assist, person with dolly to pick up vehicle, nothing suspicious, 1st Avenue E.

October 13

Motorist assist, vehicle overheated and broken down, driver has help on the way, State Highway 27 SE.

Open door, found janitor cleaning inside, Nokomis Street W.

Warning for equipment violation, 27/170.

Warning for failure to signal, Nokomis Street E.

Warning for driving conduct, County Road 2 SE.

Warning for equipment violation, Calvary Road SE.
