Harassment, caller is getting harassed on Facebook by by person, person stated there was no harassment and she only wants her camper back, Pike Street E.

Theft, caller reported that her boyfriend lent a camper to person but that person says she bought it, Pike Street E.

False alarm, no signs of entry, Central Avenue.

Locked restrooms.

July 16

Parking complaint, vehicle parked in person's spot every morning, business owner will leave note on vehicle, Nokomis Street W.

Animal complaint, caller concerned about cat in apartment building, states owners are never home and may not be getting food or water, made contact with owner, no issues, 2nd Avenue E.

Citation for driving after revocation, 6th Avenue N.


Driving complaint, caller reported driver of a vehicle was experiencing road rage and break checking other vehicles, unable to locate, 27/4.

Assist other agency, person arrested for HRO violation, Oak Street W.

Public assist, business owner locked keys in store, assisted with lock box, Main Street W.

Assist other agency, cover officer for deputy, Bird Lake Road NE.

Warning for failure to maintain lane, no impairment, County Road 3 SE.

Warning for not wearing shoulder belt, advised to provide proof of insurance within 10 days, 1st Avenue E.

Noise complaint, kids at skate park playing loud music, left prior to officer's arrival, Lake Street.

Parking complaint, 2 vehicles in driveway with same plate on rear, warning that one vehicle needs to be registered, Lake Street.

Check welfare, person person called screaming and crying, could not get caller to answer door, said she was going to kill herself, will contact Someplace Safe regarding a HRO, person denied wanting to hurt herself.

Domestic, problems with daughter, Oak Street W.

July 20

Public assist, internet cable hanging in road, pulled up temporarily, 8th Avenue E.

Warning for speed, Calvary Road SE.

Assist other agency, small dog ran off into field, 170th Street.

Updated fire sign.

Motorist assist, boat trailer lost tire, Lake Street.

Warning for speed, 1st Avenue E.

Checked area and locked restrooms, Osagi Beach.

Foot patrol, door checks, Central/Main.

July 21

Harassment, caller's ex husband and wife recorded visits with daughter, would like to press charges, daughter aware of recording, not criminal, 1st Avenue E.

Criminal damage to property, paint brushed on pickup in driveway, Nestor Street E.

Check welfare, person called caller twice in last hour screaming that person is going to murder her, made contact and person said there was no desire to harm, very worked up.

Fraud, caller reported he was scammed out of $10,000, Queen Street.

Criminal damage to property, graffiti on house, 6th Avenue E.

Cone card to child wearing helmet, Lake Street.

Suspicious vehicle, occupants letting animals out to use restrooms, Herberger Road SE.

Warning for suspended object, 4th Avenue E.
