Theft, caller states his mail is being stolen and has questions about tracking his mail, stated a few packages have been stolen, advised that he has reported the thefts and given direction on how to move forward, not going to take further action at this time, W Main.

Suspicious vehicle, truck with older man going through mailboxes, local plumber, all OK, E 1st Ave.
Assist other agency, cows on road, checked area and no sign of loose animals, CR 3/Trisco Cove Dr.
Check welfare, caller stated she received a medical alarm from her friend, no one is answering the door but she only wants an officer and may not need an ambulance, entered with key from neighbor, person was unresponsive, ambulance requested but person became responsive and denied ambulance, person was going to go with caller but then refused and went into apartment, E Main.

Attempt to locate, person left address in Stearns County in vehicle after making suicidal comments, person has long history of mental health issues and suffers from PSTD, unable to locate, W King.
