Caller smells marijuana in building, spoke with person who stated it was a diffuser, notified building manager, W Main.

Patrol for school closing traffic, E 1st Ave.

Suspicious vehicle, caller saw a dark-colored truck parked in front of his house, when he went outside the truck took off at a high rate of speed, Lavens Lakeview Dr.

Warning for speed, E 1st Ave/Hwy 27.

Warning for headlight out, I-94/Hwy 27.

December 19

Two warnings for parking on Main Street overnight, E Main.

Citation for driving after revocation, W 2nd Ave/W Main.

Unintentional drive-off, registered owner is deceased, relayed info to store, no further action, W Nokomis.

Abandoned vehicle in parking lot with 2015 tabs, W Nokomis.

Funeral escort, W Nokomis.

Noise complaint, vehicle with loud music driving frequently through the neighborhood, warned person about vehicle music, Queen.

Theft of 2 blank checks and $200 cash, W Main.

Medical, assisted with assessment and loading, transported, W Nokomis.

Warning for no trailer lights, had reflectors and was visible enough to make it home, N 6th Ave/W Nokomis.

Assist with State Patrol pursuit, I-94.

Caller states there are people hanging around with flashlights south of lumber yard, concerned due to theft of tools from there about a month ago, E 1st Ave/E Main.

Information, safety alert for suicidal male in black Dodge pickup with gun, threatening harm to himself and others if approached.

December 21

Mentally ill person, caller alleging an order for protection violation but then admitted going to respondent's home prior week, she claims he is fraudulently using her cell phone number, has an appointment with the FBI, person had a manic breakdown while on the phone and hung up, person was seen at caller's apartment few days before after she picked him up and brought him there, W Main.

Warning for window tint, CR 82/Wildlife Ln.

Damage to skating rink, contacted by city supervisor in reference to people skating on rink before it was frozen, barricades were blown over by wind, people asked to leave and told reason, city workers placed tape around it, Central Ave/E Main.

Warning for tint, just purchased vehicle and will get it removed, W 8th Ave/W Nokomis.

December22

Warning for speed, CR 3/Hwy 27.

Warning for crossing center and speed, Hwy 27.

Permit to acquire handgun, E Nokomis.

Suspicious person walking around town, waiting for a ride, not causing any trouble, W Nokomis.

Caller wants to know what she has to do to kick someone out of the house, informed that since the person had been living there the property owner would have to evict, W Main.

Citation for stop sign violation, 27/creamery.

December 23

Drive-off, W Nokomis.

Door found open, Lake.

Found dog, impounded at police department, posted on Facebook, transported to Lakes Area Humane Society, E Lake.
