Person reporting that her kids received harassing text messages at school, E 1st Ave.

April 9

Warning for speed and using cell phone while driving, E 1st Ave/Hwy 27.

School resource officer time, E 1st Ave.

Caller would like to talk to officer about his truck in impound lot, meeting to get property from truck, E Nokomis.

Warning for speed, E 1st Ave.


Citation for speed, E 1st Ave.

Planning and zoning packets.

April 10

911 hang-up, open line, no response, transported, W Oak.

Medical, transported, W Main.

Warning for expired registration, CR 3.

Assist Douglas County Sheriff's Office with stop on I-94.

Warning for headlight out, W 4th Ave/W Nokomis.


April 11

Warning for must display current registration, E 1st Ave.

Warning for speed, W Nokomis.

Caller would like to talk to an officer about suspicious activity, 170th St.

Report of box of needles in dumpster, used insulin needles, advised caller to bring them to clinic to be disposed, E Main.

Two intoxicated females fighting, citations to both for assault and disorderly, one person transported by ambulance after a fall, third person advised to stay in apartment or be detoxed, person 3 also cited for assault and disorderly, W Main.

Person causing disturbance, transported to detox in St. Cloud, W Main.

Black lab with collar found, neighbors took him in, returned dog to home, W 4th Ave.


April 12

Suspicious activity, caller states vehicle is being broken into, W Main.

Vehicle unlock, Central Ave.

Patrol at end of school, E 1st Ave.

Warning for stop sign violation, W 3rd Ave/W Nokomis.

Unlock for meeting, W Nokomis.

April 13

Damage to playground equipment, spray paint from weekend, E 1st Ave.


Driving complaint, all over road, medical issue, parked car at police department and gave ride to work, 27/4.

School resource officer time, E 1st Ave.

Warning for speed, 27/141.

Patrol at end of school, E 1st Ave.

Warning for loud music in vehicle, W Nokomis.

Education/presentation, speaking with Cub Scouts.

Medical, pendant push, assisted, W 6th Ave.

Person wants to speak to officer but won't say why, caller stated his wife wanted him to hit her, wife denies, caller is intoxicated but is willing to go to bed, E Main.


April 14

Warning for expired registration, E 1st Ave/E Oak.

7 nuisance violations, parking and storage letters completed.
