Assist other agency, older male waiting for wife at rest area, no one in building, seemed confused, Latoka Rest Area, Alexandria.

Suspicious activity, older male wanted a beer after last call and when denied he said "I kill you," just wanted police to be aware, E 8th Ave.

Citation for stop sign violation, Hwy 27/E Lake.

April 18

Warning for stop sign violation, Hwy 27/E Lake.

Warning for stop sign violation, W 3rd Ave/W Nokomis.

Check welfare, caller not able to reach person, came home, was visiting family, W 7th Ave.

15 warnings for nuisance violations, vehicle on property in violation of city ordinance, owner sent letter giving them 30 days to come into compliance.

Warning for tabs, wheels and tint, W 8th Ave/W Nokomis.

Suspicious activity, caller stated there was a male sitting in a car outside the laundromat, female was in bathroom for about 30 minutes before she got in the car, checked area and no sign of drug use, W Nokomis.

Douglas County warrant, checked residence, no contact, Central Ave.

April 19

School incident/assist, E 1st Ave.

Warning for front plate not attached, Central Ave/W Oak.

Driving complaint, caller's neighbor is driving up and down the street backwards, spoke with person about driving conduct, second complaint for person's conduct, E Nestor.
