Osakis Days Festival packed with summer fun

The event features a lot of fun for everyone – sidewalk sales, crafts, games, tractor pulls, bean bag competition, street dance, a parade, water fights, even a “Kiss the Carp” contest.

It’s time to get your summer on!

The Osakis Days Festival is June 17-20 and features a lot of fun for everyone – sidewalk sales, crafts, games, tractor pulls, bean bag competition, street dance, a parade, water fights, even a “Kiss the Carp” contest.

The community celebration begins Thursday, June 17 with an Osakis Days Social Hour at 5 p.m., followed by dinner at 6 p.m.

Here’s a look at the other festivities:

Friday, June 18

ADVERTISEMENT

All day – Downtown Sidewalk Sales.

8 p.m. – “Vinyl Vortex” in the Barnyard at The Bowling Barn & Grill.

Saturday, June 19

10 a.m. – Downtown Craft Vendors.

At Park Osagi: 10 a.m. – Kid’s Games, Bouncy House, D&D Concessions, Noble Treats.

1:30 p.m. – Olson’s Pedal Tractor Pulls.

At the Osakis VFW: 10 a.m. – Bean Bag Tournament, 7 p.m. – Street Dance featuring "If Nothing Else,” 7:30 p.m. – Kiss the Carp.

Sunday, June 20

1 p.m. – Osakis Days Festival Parade. The route is from the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church to Park Osagi.

Following the parade, there will be a Fire Department Water Fight Downtown.
