To the editor:
We have such a great area to live in and we understand why it is so important to do the best we can to maintain and protect the quality of life we have in Douglas County.
We believe Judy Backhaus is a well qualified candidate for county commissioner in District 2. We know her to be a great administrator, listener and caring individual. She has the ability to look at a problem, work for a solution and then make it happen. She cares about this community, the environment and the people who live here.
Please join us in supporting her by voting in the Aug. 14 primary.
