To the editor:

What happened to "customer service?"

First, the gas stations. They get paid while we do their jobs. Put in the gas, check the oil, wash the windshield, etc. Some don't even have air.

They have them deliver the Shopping Guide and there are hardly any flyers in it. Cub Foods, Dollar General and one more the last few weeks. If they have one "in store" it takes time to check and see if they have what's on your list. Is profits are they think about?
