Letter: Legalize Marijuana Now platform is not my priority

To the editor:
This is in reference to a column ("It's Karen's Turn) on Oct. 28. I dare say Karen does me, and my campaign a great disservice with this column. While I am running LMN (Legalize Marijuana Now), the party platform is not even in my top two priorities.
I have worked the last few months showing myself as a candidate willing to stand in their own, I am running in one of the biggest race this election cycle for your readers. In fact the first race, and name, they will see on the ballot, yet the author takes the easy way and just tries to fit us in convenient boxes. I specially decided not to run as a R or a D because you are expected to be party first; it is why I decided to go another route. I fit into no political box Karen, stop trying to put me there. I do agree on one thing you said. Get educated, doctor, heal thyself.
