To the editor:
I’d like to give a super big shout out to Helping Hands of Alexandria. As an amputee with a very compromised immune system, this order to stay in your home is my normal day. Obviously, getting large grocery orders is sometimes beyond reach.
When I first heard about this organization I didn’t realize they’d deliver to Parkers Prairie as we have limited service here even though we’re exactly one mile from the Otter Tail/Douglas County borders. Rainbow Rider, please consider that previous comment.
Long story short, I’m getting my second grocery order this Tuesday, March 31. Delivery is free of charge. That’s right, free of charge!
God Bless Helping Hands of Alexandria. I believe this should qualify for a news story from one of your reporters. God is good!
