FARGO, N.D. - William “Bill” Otto, 46, Brandon, Minn., died Tuesday, May 24, in Sanford Medical Center.

Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m., with a parish prayer service at 7 p.m., Tuesday, May 31, at St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Brandon. Visitation will continue from 10-11 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m., Wednesday, June 1, at the church. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
