ST. CLOUD, Minn. - Teresa L. Blake, 50, Parkers Prairie, Minn., died Tuesday, Feb. 28, in St. Cloud Hospital.

Visitation will be from 2-5 p.m. Sunday, March 5, at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Parkers Prairie. Visitation will continue from 10-11 a.m., followed by a celebration of life at 11 a.m., Monday, March 6, at the church. The Rev. Kirk Lee will officiate.
