Micheal “Mike” John Roeser of Farwell passed away on Tuesday, November 5th, 2019 at the age of 61.
Mike was born on December 31st, 1957. He attended Eden Valley Watkins high school where he graduated in 1976. In his adult life he worked curb and gutter which he did until he retired.
Son of Reuben & Ramona Roeser, Mike was the only boy amongst three sisters. Mike was married to Joy Roeser. From a previous marriage, he has two children Ashley Wersinger & Chase Roeser.
Traveling to dog shows across the country was something that he enjoyed. At one point he trained and handled the dogs, (Myles & Autumn) himself putting a “championship” title on one of them and agility titles on the other.
In addition, he enjoyed the outdoors. Whether it be on an open lake in the summer or ice fishing in the winter. It didn’t matter. He loved a good fishing day. Spring brought bow hunting for turkey and fall brought bow and rifle hunting for deer. Mike and Joy had land and a cabin in Inger. It was at this place he loved that he passed.
Mike is survived by: his wife Joy Roeser, mother Ramona Hokanson, daughter Ashley (Jason) Wersinger, son Chase (Anna) Roeser, sister Donna (Bob) Schreiner, sister Alice Coe and special friend Jim Weinnman, sister Shirley Tonnell and special friend Rich McCann, step brothers, Gary (Patty) Hokanson, Lynn (Karon) Hokanson, granddaughter Claire Wersinger, and mother-in-law Lorraine Jensen.
Memorial service is scheduled for this Saturday, November 16th, 2019
