Leroy was born on June 24, 1941 in Minneapolis to Philip and Margaret Foslien; and passed away on June 4, 2021 in Alexandria, MN at the age of 79 years. Please join us for a Celebration of Life at Minnehaha Communion Lutheran Church, 4101 37th Avenue South, Minneapolis, 55406, on Friday, July 2, 2021. Visitation at 10am and Service at 11am, followed by lunch at the church. Inurnment at later date in Brandon, MN.
