PARKERS PRAIRIE, Minn. - Franklin “DuWayne” Nelson, 87, Alexandria, Minn., died Thursday, Dec. 3, in St. William’s Living Center.

A private family memorial service will be 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 11, at Lind Family Funeral Home in Alexandria. Father Steve Binsfeld will officiate. The service will be live streamed on the funeral home’s website. A graveside service with military honors will be at a later date in St. Mary’s Cemetery in Alexandria.
