EVANSVILLE, Minn. - David A. Berry, 55, Evansville, Minn., died Wednesday, Dec. 29, in his home.

Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Monday, Jan. 3, at Glende-Nilson in Evansville. Visitation will continue from 1-2 p.m., followed by a funeral at 2 p.m., Tuesday, Jan. 4, at Calvary Covenant Church in Evansville. Interment will be in the spring in Mound Ground Cemetery in Evansville.
