Beverly Helen, the daughter of George and Linnea (Olson) Dahlen, was born on April 8, 1937, in Evansville, Minnesota. Following her education, Bev was active at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Evansville where she enjoyed participating in bible study and with the women’s circle. While in Evansville, she was a dedicated wife and mother on the farm and took great pride in caring for her family. She later moved to the cities in 1979 and on December 22, 1984, was united in marriage to Donald “Don” Copher. Bev worked at various Holiday Inns around the metro prior to beginning her career at Blue Cross Blue Shield where she retired. She and Don enjoyed traveling to many places together, especially Sweden where Bev was able to live out her Swedish Heritage that she was so proud of. She always made sure her home was open to others, and that fresh bars and cookies were shared. Bev had a lifelong love of horses. Most of all, Bev cherished the time she spent with her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Dennis Dahlen and Glen Dahlen; and by her son, Brad Larson.
