Alomere Health reported a disruption to its phone system on Friday, June 25, with maintainence scheduled.
There will be technical service taking place on the Alomere Health phone system between 5:30 and 6 p.m., Alomore officials reported.
"If you have medical emergencies during this time, please dial 911. If you receive a busy signal or your call goes unanswered, please try your call again later. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause," Alomere announced.
Earlier in the day, Alexandria Clinic and Heartland Orthopedic Specialists main phone numbers in Alexandria went down.
“If you are needing to contact us to schedule an appointment and have access to MyChart, you may request appointments online," a statement from Alomere said. "Otherwise, we encourage you to try your call again at a later time. We apologize for this inconvenience.”
