More information has been released about a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Highway 29 North and County Road 42, also known as Carlos Corners, today, Thursday.
The crash happened during icy road conditions shortly after 4 p.m. One of the drivers, Samantha Reineke, 31, of Henning, suffered non-life-threatening injuries, according to the State Patrol. A passenger in her vehicle, Joseph Reineke, 36, also suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
The other driver, Douglas Forbread, 44, of Alexandria, wasn't injured, the patrol said.
Forbread was driving east on County Road 42 in a Chevrolet pickup and Reineke was southbound on Highway 29 in a Pontiac Bonneville.
Everyone involved in the crash was wearing a seat belt, according to the accident report.
