ALEXANDRIA — On Monday, Dec. 5, at 7:40 a.m., three vehicles were involved in a crash at the intersection of Lilac Lane and County Road 82, according to the Alexandria Police Department.
Mitchel Majerus, 29, of Nelson was traveling westbound on 82 in a 2017 Ford F-150 when he entered into oncoming traffic and struck Manuel Lema Sibri, 33, of Minneapolis who was driving a 2007 Toyota, according to the police department's crash report.
The contact between the two vehicles caused Lema Sibri to collide with a 2012 Chevy Traverse driven by Leah Corneliussen, 30, of Alexandria, according to the department.
Lema Sibri and Corneliussen were transported for care by North Memorial Ambulance.
Other responding agencies included the Alexandria Police Department and the Douglas County Sheriff's Office.
