Effective on Jan. 1, 2022, Todd County Planning & Zoning will be increasing its fees for conditional use permit applications, rezoning applications and variance applications from $350 to $425.
The reason for this is to help better cover costs of preparation for the meeting, staff time and per diems for the board members. This also means that after-the-fact fees for these applications will be increased to $850.
The change was heard before the County Board of Commissioners on Sept. 21, brought to a public hearing before the board on Oct. 5, and was officially adopted on Oct. 19.
No other changes were made to the Planning & Zoning fee schedule for 2022. Call 320-732-
