Glik's Retail Store in Alexandria will host the nationwide "Quiksilver Up In Smoke Midwest Skate Tour 2009."
The event will take place on Thursday, July 9 at 2 p.m. in their location in the Viking Plaza Mall.
Quiksilver is a national skateboarding brand with many pro-skateboarders around the world. Come and meet Reese Forbes, Kyle Leeper, David Clark, Justin Brock and Danny Garcia. The boarders will be signing autographs at 2 p.m. right inside of Glik's. The riders are also planning on demonstrating at the local skate park afterwards. This event is open to the public.
