Shirley A. Beaulieu, 73, Maplewood, formerly of Fertile, was greeted at Heaven's gate by her Holy Father on January 26, 2008. She will spend eternity with her son, Timothy, two infants, and her parents, Louie and Libby Maixner.

Shirley A. Beaulieu, 73, Maplewood, formerly of Fertile, was greeted at Heaven's gate by her Holy Father on January 26, 2008. She will spend eternity with her son, Timothy, two infants, and her parents, Louie and Libby Maixner.

Beloved wife, loving mother, proud grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend, she will be sadly missed by her devoted caregiver and loving husband of 55 years, Gene; children, Tyrone (Marcia), Thomas (Shelly), Tamara Wells (Marcus), Todd (Vicky), Ted (fiancée, Angie), Tracey and Tricia Bleichner (Ross); 18 grandchildren, five great-grandchildren; sisters, Ramona Scott (Rutherford) and Connie Moe (John); many nieces, nephews and lifelong friends.

The family gives sincere thanks to the Healtheast Hospice staff, Kris, Suzanna, Teri, Sandy and all who assisted in her care. She was also grateful for her faithful volunteers, Roberta and Marilee.

Visitation will be Wednesday, January 30 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Maple Oaks Funeral Home, 2585 Stillwater Road, Maplewood.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 31 at 10 a.m. at Assumption Parish, 51 West 7th Street, St. Paul.
